I am not trying to change face color, spots, acne, or skin texture.

If I fail, it will not have been because of lack of sincerity or trying, or of dishonesty or deceit—it simply means I am not the right acupuncturist for your face, and you should consult with someone else. I do not make referrals to other acupuncturists for this service.

Phone consultation: I do not do phone consults. I cannot make predictions about what you will experience, feel or see. If you wish to apply for a spot, I will ask you to send pictures of your face by email. We will then schedule a time to speak by video, after which a decision will be made as to whether or not to begin working together.

Bruising and bleeding are the most common side effects of any acupuncture session anywhere on the body, and the face is no exception. You have to accept that if you get needled, eventually, you will have a bruise on your face. (Bruising is the bane of the facial acupuncturist's existence, and they run rings around themselves trying to get their clients to comply with taking arnica tablets on time, or not smoking or drinking so much, or with applying the newest balms. It's a tremendous amount of energy to try to avoid the inevitable. Some patients also threaten lawsuits.)

This is acupuncture only, no additional therapies. If you have a favorite toner, formula, or moisturizer, you are welcome to apply one of those products yourself at the end of your session, as long as it does not take you more than a reasonable amount of time for my practice and the next appointment.

If you're not confident I'm helping you after 2 paid sessions and 14 calendar days, I'll give you your money back NQA. If you want to opt in to the challenge, we have to agree on that before you make your first appointment, and you have to meet all the terms along the way or you forfeit:

We both must agree to the challenge before your first appointment is scheduled. Once your are on the calendar, it is too late to elect the Challenge. You have to come in three times, that's for 2 acupuncture sessions and one photo session. You must come for 2 acu appointments - one during week 1, and one during week 2. You consent to all-media-usage photos and videos of your face to be taken. Day 14 is mandatory - you must return on day 14 to be photographed, there are no acupuncture appointments scheduled on day 14 - that day is for photos only [no treatment, no extra cost]. If you miss cancel or reschedule any of the three appointments for any reason, you forfeit the challenge, I keep the money, and I use your photos anyway.
