I can help you get your ego our of your work and relationships so you can be happier.
Your loved ones will experience you as more available, and connected
Your creativity will flow during your work
And you will be more easily able to let go of what you can't change

The last two days I struggled with negativity over my work/station assignment with the department. Because I was fearful, I experienced anxiety, then panic, then isolation, then anger.
This is something you probably struggle with too - it's an imbalanced or overactive ego driving our bus, and derailing our higher mind. Ram Dass also calls the higher mind the intuition, wisdom.
It is the job of the ego to create a sense of seperateness on this plane. One way this serves us in a healthy manner is in creating and holding boundaries, but for this to be heathy, I also need my higher self online to balance the fear and separation that is the ego's job to create. I can't just have the ego online, otherwise I become in it for myself, I panic, I run, and if necessary, I attack.
But having my higher self online, my intuition, allows me to create and hold boundaries in way that is both healthy and kind to myself....and the people around me. And that kindness, that open heartedness in saying "no" or "I need," allows me to stay connected, heart to heart, with those I am in relation with.
Does that make any sense?
Maybe it'll be easier to understand in this here video. (this is an edited version...become a client and you will receive the unedited versions where I get really real so we can relate in a more powerful way!)
I share with you what it looked like yesterday and today when I allowed my ego to run my show, to be emotionally reactive, to the point of fantasizing about quitting my career before it even began!
